The Logistics Response Assistance Team (LRAT) provides the surge staff to the Division of Logistics for preparedness and response missions. The Infrastructure Support Branch provides enterprise management and accountability of ASPR’s real property and personal property assets in order to deliver effective and adaptable infrastructure support services in steady state and response. The Transportation Service Branch maintains ASPR’s fleet and coordinates the lodging and movement of ASPR staff and response personnel to the right place at the right time for missions. The Research Coordination Branch mobilizes and synchronizes the movement of ASPR’s response resources and establishes initial logistics response capability in the field during training events as well as emergency response and recovery operations. ![]() The Division of Logistics includes the following branches and teams: Resource Coordination Branch, Transportation Service Branch, Infrastructure Support Branch, Logistics Response Assistance Team, and the Supply Chain Logistics Operations Cell.
